Welcome to Egypt in your fist day of Egypt Easter holiday ,upon your arrival you'll find our team is standing out for you at the airport for assisting in any way possible and introducing you to the tour guide, while driving to the port where for boarding on my fair Nile cruise your guide will give you short brief about the tour program. once you have checked on board you'll be served your first lunch, after, we'll get off the ship to visit the temple complex of Luxor and karnak on the east bank .it was said that the complex area was once a whole city full of temples and god dedications ,make sure that your Egyptologist guide explains you all the mythologies and stories behind each site. After our Luxor east bank tour we'll be back on the ship to have our dinner, and this time we'll be sleeping on the water in Luxor
Another exiting day of our Easter holiday, wake up on board, have your breakfast and escort your guide and your tour group to visit valley of the kings, which for those who don’t know is an underground huge necropolises for royal pharaohs buried with their golden treasures and jewelries, the walls of the tombs has magnificent paintings and hieroglyphic symbols that will leave you fascinated for sure. Archaeologists discovered the boy king tut ankh amen tomb in the valley of the kings in the early 20th century with his full collection of the golden masks, golden shrine ,all the jewelries and wagon which most of them are preserved in the Egyptian museum, the valley also include tombs for historical kings figures such as Ramses and much more .after , we'll go to Hatshepsut temple which is one of the most visited Luxor attractions to witness the glory of the 15th century B.C and feel the majestic presence of our Queen. We will end up this amazing tour with a visit to the colossi of Memnon( two huge statues of king Ramses) overlooking the Nile directly .finally, we'll get back to our cruise to have lunch while sailing to Edfu. At the evening enjoy your dinner as well and overnight onboard on the water of Edfu .
It is the third day of Egypt Easter holiday ,wake up to have your breakfast and spend some morning time with your group ,then we'll get ready to visit Horus temple .Horus is a typical Egyptian god whom many temples where dedicated for and offerings were given to him ,this temple is called Edfu temple as well and was built during the Ptolemaic period, it was abandoned by the Roman once they took over Egypt and was buried beneath sands for years which makes it one of the most well preserved temples now .back to the ship to keep sailing towards kom ombo and this time we will visit the double dedication temple of kom ombo. This worshipping temple was constructed as two separate symmetrical structures that each one was sat up for Horus (falcon headed god ) and Sobek (crocodile headed god),if you are into ancient Egyptian mythologies then probably you already know that Sobek refers to Evil and darkness and in other mythologies he takes the image of snacks instead of crocodile .after , we'll get back to cruise to spend the rest of the day onboard enjoying lunch and dinner at the evening while sailing to Aswan .
This time you'll be waking up in Aswan , after having your breakfast as usually we'll get off the ship to start our tour in Aswan with a visit to the high dam followed by the unfinished obelisks of Hatshepsut. We'll end Aswan tour with Philae temple visit which was dedicated to two goddess Isis and Hathor. back to our cruise to have lunch and dinner at the evening .
This is the last day of the Ester vacation, we will check out of the after having last breakfast, pack your staff and drive to Aswan airport with the assistance of our team through the final department .
